This form enables you to apply for an IAB MENA membership. The estimated completion time is 3-5 minutes.

You will need to upload 3 documents:

  1. Download, complete, and sign this  Membership Agreement
  2. Upload Trade Licence
  3. Tax certificate or  Self Declaration

Optional:  Should you wish to have an  NDA, you may do so by downloading and  completing this  NDA

Saving a draft of this form to be finished, reviewed and/or submitted later is not supported. We recommend preparing the answers before starting to fill in the form.

Provide only work emails. Please make sure you have obtained the necessary permissions to do so when providing other persons' emails.
