Director of Operations

Olia in her current role is overseeing the operations and all financial aspects of the running of the IAB MENA, ensuring the association is able to achieve its strategic objectives. Olia started her career in the consulting sector, where she managed multi-million budget initiatives. She has an Executive MBA and Master in Marketing degrees who joined the IAB from the very beginning in 2019 implementing the legal, reporting and auditing structures of the Association. With more than 20 years of experience in fiscal, budget, IT and gender mainstreaming reforms in the government sector across more than 15 countries, Olia brings a wide array of knowledge and expertise.
