Dom Kozak
Director of Programmatic, JCDecaux Middle East
A senior leader and practitioner in programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH), specialising in helping brands and agencies unlock the full potential of data‑driven, automated DOOH across the customer journey. With a background that spans ad tech, digital media, and out‑of‑home, he bridges the gap between classic OOH and the programmatic ecosystem, translating technical possibilities into tangible business outcomes. Dom has worked with global advertising partners to design strategies that make pDOOH measurable, targetable, and brand‑safe, while still capitalising on the unique impact of the public screen. He brings hands‑on experience in data, ad-tech, and media strategy, with a particular focus on omnichannel planning where pDOOH sits alongside CTV, mobile, and social. In the Middle East, Dom launched JCDecaux Play+, the region’s first scaled premium pDOOH supply across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman. Dom brims with practical insight on building a scalable pDOOH stack, avoiding common pitfalls, and structuring partnerships that work in the realities of the MENA market.
