Roxana NicolescuVP Brand Marketin, Wego Middle East
Roxana currently serves as VP Brand Marketing, Wego Middle East & ShopCash.com. With more than a decade of marketing experience in the region, most of it in the aviation and travel industries, she passionately drives the brand marketing activities and brand awareness growth in the Middle East for both e-comm platforms.
Roxana began in this role in October 2017 in Wego’s Dubai office where she focused on developing Wego’s Brand Marketing department as well as played a significant role in expanding the brand footprint across the region.

Samer AkterBusiness Director Connected TV Advertising, ArabyAds
Samer’s contributions to the industry won him the “Impact Digital Award”, as one of the “Top 100 Digital Leaders Powering Digital Disruption in India, 2020”. With more than 13 years in the digital and innovation landscape, he has successfully built and scaled profitable businesses across geographies for both B2C and B2B segments and has extensively worked in E-commerce, SaaS, Platforms, and AdTech.
Samer was instrumental in shaping India’s emerging Connected TV ecosystem and driving marketing for Affle during its critical pre and post-IPO phases. Currently, he is spearheading business and marketing initiatives at ArabyAds, with a focus on elevating awareness and accelerating the adoption of Connected TV advertising across the MENA region.

Hamid DavariDirector of Ad Sales, OSN
Hamid is the Director of Ad Sales at OSN. He spent the second half of his 5-year tenure building the roadmap for the advertising business’ transition to an addressable CTV product. Prior to OSN, he was the Director of Ad Sales for BME, a JV between MOBY Group & 21st Century FOX which launched a portfolio of FTA channels across the Middle East and Africa. Hamid has over 20 years experience in TV, content, and engaging with Hollywood studios to bring their offerings to emerging markets.

Ian is currently the Acting CEO of the IAB MENA, having worked with other industry leaders to establish it in MENA. He has had the privilege of working in multiple roles across multiple markets over his 20+years. This included leading global clients for Agencies in London, as CEO for an Agency in South Africa and recently as Head of Agency Partnerships for Facebook in the MENA region.

Jonas Olsen is the Head of international business development at Springserve where he focuses on leading Springserve’s international business development expansion. Olsen brings over 17 years of experience to the Digital and Programmatic video and TV industry having previously served as Global Vice President Video and CTV at PubMatic, Managing director Nordics at YuMe, Nordic sales manager at Smartclip. He have also been actively involved in several committees regarding video and programmatic advertising for the IAB both in the United States and the Nordics.

Kellie leads the Publishing partnerships/ Supply business unit for Teads MEA. She is responsible for the onboarding and retention of publishers across web, in-app, and now preparing to grow CTV inventory across the region. Since 2018, she has led the growth and expansion of inventory for Teads, managing a team across 4 offices- Dubai, UAE; Casablanca, Morocco; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Cape Town, South Africa.

Mazen has been working in the advertising industry for around 7 years mainly on the agency side. Mazen has worked with Omnicom UK for 3 years returned to OMG MENA 1.5 years ago to oversee OMG’s data and programmatic offering. His role is to grow the product offering which ranges across different areas from setting best practice standards across planning & buying programmatic, building our attention product, and developing the emerging channel offering (CTV & DOOH).
