IAB GCC officially received its license from the Dubai Association Centre on 9th May 2019. Board members Elda Choucair representing Omnicom Media Group | PHD, Ayman Haydar representing MMP Worldwide, and Ian Manning representing Facebook received the license on behalf of association.
